VFS Global is not responsible for evaluating, supervising or certifying the testing service providers and VACSS Global Services does not guarantee or warrant their services. VACSS Global Services does not assume any responsibility or liability and you agree that you will have no claim against VACSS Global Services in respect of these services and service provider. VACSS Global Services’s role is limited to assisting customers with appointment booking for the test. Execution of the testing service and test result declaration is sole responsibility of the service provider. Payment is collected and received directly by the service provider. VACSS Global Services will not be responsible for any payment refund or cancellation of the service. A negative COVID-19 test result does not guarantee a positive visa decision. Visa decision-making remains the exclusive prerogative of the concerned government and VACSS Global Services plays no role in the decision-making process.
